Q1: Are you a direct factory or trading? 

A: We are a direct factory has over 20 years of production experience.

We have an experienced and skilled labor force and quality control team; we can meet customer customization and delivery 

requirements, and aim to provide our products with high quality, comprehensive customer service and competitive prices.

Q2: How is the product pricing and how to consult prices?

A: We price the products according to the customers' choice of materials, printing, other process flow, and so on. You can inquire by TM, Skype, or send e-mail to us.

Q3: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

A:

-size of the products (Length x Width x Height)

-material and surface handling (We could advise if you're not sure)

-printing colors (could quote 4C if you're not sure)

-quantity

-FOB price is our usual price term, if you need a CIF price, please let us know your port of destination.

-If it is possible, please also provide pictures or design sketches for checking. Samples will be best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.

Q4: When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?

-The popular ones: PDF, AI, PSD.

-Bleed size: 3-5 mm.

-Resolution: no less than 300 DPI.

Q5: How many days will the samples be finished? And how about the mass production?

A: Sample lead time: usually need 7 days. Mass production lead time usually needs 20 days. If you have an urgent order, we can deliver in about 10 days.

Q6: If the products have some quality problem, how will you deal with it?

A: Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by the QC department before shipping. If the quality problem of products caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.

Q7: Could you provide samples for the test?

A: Yes, we provide free samples for customers, but customers should bear the freight charges.

Q8: How to make payment?

A: T/T, L/C&Western Union, PayPal, trade assurance via Alibaba, we also accept most other convenient methods of payment.
